Matt’s position within Hailer Solutions is diverse and multi-faceted. Matt’s major responsibilities are to liaise with all Major Project representatives, Railway Operations, Integrated Planning and Rail Planning groups, ECPM and Contractor’s Construction personnel to supply information and coordinate the construction and commissioning activities of new rail track and systems with the operating railroad functions in order to fulfill safety and construction schedule requirements without impact on operational rail system and to ensure that all relevant safety standards are met.
Matt’s role is based in the Pilbara and takes a hands on role.

Gillian is Hailer Solutions hands on manager of all operational, regulatory and compliance requirements. Gillian loves to be involved in all aspects of operations and works closely with the Customer Service and Marketing Teams.
